General Description and Project Characteristics
The client required a high-specification sports hall, including changing rooms and a fitness suite.

The building comprises a steel framed element (the sports hall), and a load bearing single storey element (the changing area). The project was design-managed in works packages, and administered on site by James and Nicholas’ full-time Site Manager.
