General Description The showroom and associated accommodation is situated on the site of a former quarry. As a result of the poor ground conditions and restricted site, the development was challenging to plan and construct. Construction Characteristics The building was constructed using a steel frame, and clad with glass on the front elevation and with steel to the rear workshop area. Brise-soleil was provided to the glazed elevations to reduce solar gain.
