This is a 'stop gap' before unveiling new and exciting plans for 2026!

The new Partnership came in to effect in April 2025, and comprises of existing partner Mr Jeoffrey Houlker and new partner Ms Wanda Kirby.

Jeoffrey and Wanda are accompanied by our existing associate Mr Alex Parsons, who is joined by our new associate Mr Karl Jones. 

Congratulations to Karl who has worked at James & Nicholas for seven years and has a proven track record in Structures and Civils.   

The Management Team are (of course) supported by our existing superb staff. This winning team has been added to with the following appointments:

Mrs Fiona Launder - BSc (Hons) Project and Construction Management 
Mr Ben Powell - First class honours degree at University of South Wales - Engineering
Mr Lewis Dare - Upper Second Honours Degree at Cardiff University - Architecture
