Recent projects in the Public Services sector include construction of a £3.5 m Community Enterprise Centre in Croeserw (Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council) and a £1.3 m project to demolish and replace the Regency Hall in Saundersfoot, providing a new 'Village Hall', including an Assembly Hall, Meeting Rooms, Crèche, Café and Library.
We have provided Feasibility and Planning Stage consultancy services to City and County of Swansea in relation to proposed re-development works (conversion to residential accommodation) at Mansion House, Swansea. Other projects include St Mary's Catholic Church in Bridgend (£1.2 million) and a centre for the Territorial Army in Cwmbran (£1.5 million). We are on the National Procurement Service Professional Framework for Structural Engineers (Mid and South Wales) and also on the Mid / South / West Wales Public Sector Framework for Architects. |

Project: Construction of a new purpose-built Community Enterprise Centre to accommodate an Assembly Hall, Meeting Rooms, Hair Salon, Workshops and Café and to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent' The finished building comprises a steel frame, clad using both traditional and modern materials (metal cladding, blue pennant stone and natural slate). |
